How to increase your glutes according to your body type?

Your body type can influence the way your glutes develop and so can your genetics. Did you know that there are people who are genetically predisposed to developing their glutes more than others? These people are known as good responders .

Many times, you can train very hard and have a perfect nutrition plan, but your genetics greatly determine how much your glutes can grow and at what speed.

  1. For an ectomorph it tends to be more difficult to develop muscle mass in general and you will have to make significant efforts to see results; However, if you do things right, you can see major changes. I am an ectomorph and with a lot of effort and dedication I have managed to see very positive changes in my body composition, especially in my buttocks.
  2. It is easier for a mesomorph to develop muscle mass than for an ectomorph, but they will still have to make significant efforts in the gym and in the kitchen. Giving special emphasis to increasing weights and improving exercise technique and eating an adequate diet will be vital.
  3. For an endomorph it may be even easier to develop their glutes, if they are not already large. But, the thing here is that you will have to define your shape, because a lot of it tends to be a lot of fat which gives it that “volume” appearance. So the real challenge for an endomorph is to reduce the fat lodged in their buttocks and give them greater roundness.

Still, regardless of your biotype, there are people who will always find it easier to see results than others and it is NORMAL. Just don't despair to achieve results in record time. The glutes are a muscle that requires dedication to see results.
