How to have big, round and firm buttocks?
Did you know that your glutes are divided into three parts? Gluteus maximus, gluteus medius and gluteus minimus.
I don't want to entangle you too much with this topic, because the idea is not to give you an anatomy class. What I want you to understand is that to properly increase your glutes you must work on each of these parts so that they develop in a harmonious way.
To do this, you need to know how to distribute and structure your routines in such a way that each of these parts of your glutes are worked equally.
Additionally: the functions that your glutes develop are: hip extension, pelvic retroversion, abduction and external rotation. Each of these functions is developed by one of the parts of your glutes (whether the minor, middle or major).
That's why you should make sure you include enough exercises for each of those functions or parts of the gluteus. In this way, your buttocks will develop as you would like to see them: with that peach shape or roundness that we have in mind when we think of beautiful buttocks.
Are you looking for a routine that includes each of these principles to develop your best glutes possible? Bumday's plans are strategically developed for this objective. Do you dare to see the results you want? Click here to see all the information.
