Signs of progress that you are underestimating
Are you still obsessed with weight? Do you think the scale is the only indicator of progress?
There are many other indicators of progress that you may be overlooking that are equally or even more important than weight.
- If you are losing measurements and still weigh the same, congratulations! It means that you are gaining muscle mass and losing fat in time: body recomposition. What we all want. That weight that was previously occupied by fat is now occupied by muscle. That's why, even if you weigh the same, you look better.
- Having more energy means that your training and eating plans are well structured and that is why you feel better.
- You no longer train to “compensate” for your sins or because you have to, but because you genuinely enjoy it.
- Being stronger than before in your training is excellent news, it means that you will be able to build more muscle each time, therefore, you will look better: less fat and more shape.
- If your relationship with food has improved you are already halfway there, for me, this is the best thing that can happen to you. You enjoy your process, you eat deliciously and you see results.
- If you are sleeping better and stressing less it means you will lose fat and gain muscle more efficiently. Congratulations.
