Tips for beginners
Are you a beginner and feeling overwhelmed? Don't worry, we've all been there at some point.
Understandably, it seems overwhelming. What is the name of that implement? How do I adjust this machine? How do I schedule a correct workout? What is the proper way to do it? Which is the correct technique?
Go step by step, each day you will be better than the last, so don't get overwhelmed and, above all, don't compare your process and physical progress with anyone else's because you will only get frustrated. Go at your own pace and understand that this is a path of patience and discipline.
Always focus on quality over quantity, prioritize quality nutrition, get stronger every time, focus on improving technique as much as you can and the results will come on their own over time.
So my basic tips would be:
- Don't compare yourself. Your starting point does not determine your goal.
- Focus on improving your exercise technique as much as possible.
- You can progress by training 2-3 times a week.
- Don't be afraid to get stronger every time.
- Build your discipline and be patient.
- Prioritize quality over quantity.
