What is protein powder really good for?

Every day I receive messages from people asking me about shakes or protein brands that help them increase muscle mass or weight, and I always have the same answer: there is no food, shake or juice that helps you gain muscle on its own. .

Gaining muscle requires a series of habits that help you achieve it, and depends more on the calories you consume throughout the day and the efforts maintained over a period of weeks/months/years, rather than on a single food or smoothie that magically does everything for you.

Exercising does not force you to take it, you can see results without taking it and it is not mandatory that you take it before or after training.
