You can also include cardiovascular exercise in your routines to increase caloric expenditure in case you are in the fat loss stage.
  6. The areas that accumulate the most fat and give rise to cellulite are those that have a deficiency in blood flow; The more stimulation in blood flow, the activity in fat mobilization will improve. Therefore, exfoliation/massages can be useful to help you with this purpose. You can use thermogenic creams and a thick bristled brush or a scouring glove to massage your legs for a few minutes (you can do it before training, to ensure greater activation of circulation). You can also bathe with cold water. This improves circulation in the area and guarantees better mobilization/oxidation of the fatty acids that cause cellulite.
